PROTECTIVES ICONS
Following the warm thanks of several keepers icon from my workshop, saying that the protection that it procured them, you can associate a particular intention to achieve the icon of your choice (saints Jesus, Mary, ...);
And I also proposed the implementation of icons called "the size of the newborn: the width and height of the icon is exactly the dimensions of the body of the newborn, and is usually a saint.
This custom icon to provide a protective newcomer has disappeared for three centuries;
